Exchanges & Returns

We do hope you enjoy your gorgeous Miss White Bride purchase. However, sometimes we understand that sometimes things don’t work out so if the worst happens and you need to return an item to us then we’ve made things nice and simple for you.

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund unless the item is defective or damaged.

REMEMBER that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with all the product tags still attached.

 

IF ALL THAT’S IN ORDER, HERE’S WHAT TO DO NEXT:

1. Email us on returns@misswhitebride.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange and the reason why

2. We will reply to you with your all important returns authorisation number as well as details of what to do next and where to send your parcel

Every item that is returned to us will need a returns authorisation number to be processed so please ensure you follow the steps above before returning anything.

EXEMPTIONS

Please note that some goods are exempt from being returned and these are:

- Earrings for pierced ears for hygiene reasons

- Bespoke or made to order items

- Sale items

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you’re awaiting an exchange then depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

SHOES

When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles by only wearing on carpeted surfaces. Returns must also include the original dust bag(s) and box as these are considered part of the product. Ideally please place the shoe box inside another box or the box it was delivered to you in to prevent damage during shipping.

 

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

REFUNDS

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

COLOURS

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Miss White Bride as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.
